Blaine The Story

Thirteen years working real estate across southwest Wyoming. Commercial, industrial, and land, with a contracts background and a local network.

Blaine is a Listing Broker and Landlord Broker with Brokerage Southwest, based in Rock Springs. He holds a JD from the University of Wyoming College of Law, which informs his daily work on contracts, zoning, and easements.

His work runs across commercial buildings, industrial property, and land parcels, with residential transactions also a regular part of his practice. To date he has transacted more than 218,000 square feet and closed over forty listings across the region. He works across Farson, Evanston, Diamondville, Reliance, and Green River.

Answer the phone

Price it honestly

Houses and land sell when they're priced where the market actually is. Blaine will tell you the number even when it's not the one you want, and bring the comparables to back it up.

Know the ground

Wyoming is not Wyoming everywhere. Water rights, mineral splits, BLM neighbors, county zoning, snow-load realities, the things that get a buyer's attention in Rock Springs are different from the things that move a parcel near Pinedale. Local knowledge isn't optional.
